Help Enhance Your Community

Dickinson Parks and Recreation aims to sustain and grow tennis in our community by offering opportunities for youth engagement. Many of today’s adult players were once participants in our programs. We strive to pass this passion onto future generations. The Dickinson Park District offers year-round tennis lessons for youth aged 5 years to 11 years old. After that they progress onto the club level playing until they reach high school.

Having the ability to host competitive invitational, regional, and state tournaments will create memories with local players for years to come. With the new Sanford Sports Complex being completed in 2023 provides homes for our softball and soccer players. The new sports complex and the tennis complex are located off the same street. We’d like to tie all of this together so we can promote tennis as much as the other sports.
